Hello Gorgeous Nails respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information you provide when you contact the salon, make an appointment, or choose to receive text messages.
Information we may collect
If you contact us or use a live booking form, we may collect the information you provide, such as your mobile number, appointment details, and your separate choices about appointment-related or promotional text messages. Where SMS consent is collected, we keep a record of the choice and when it was made.
How we use information
We use appointment information to manage requested services and scheduling. We send appointment-related texts only when you have opted in to that message type. We send promotional texts only when you have separately opted in to promotional texts. Consent to promotional texts is optional and is not required to book an appointment.
Text messages and your choices
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out of that text program. For assistance, call the salon at (727) 525-3444. Opting out of promotional texts does not affect appointment messages you separately chose to receive.
How information is shared
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use service providers, such as messaging providers, to operate services you request. They may use information only to provide those services to us and must protect it. We do not authorize them to use your SMS consent or phone number to market their own products.
Protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed to provide salon services, manage communication preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
